W is for Work. You must be willing to work for it. It doesn't happen without work, you just can't occupy a chair and take up space and expect it to work for you if you don't work for it.

Y is for Yes! Learn to say Yes to healthy things. When I learned to say "NO" I had to learn to find balance and learn the right time to say "Yes" or "No" and what was good for me.
