is for Disease. I need to remember that 'it' is an inanimate object until such a time as I choose to injest it because I am at dis-ease within myself and looking for something outside of myself to make me feel better.

is for Everything. I was told to change everything, my best thinking got me to the doors of recovery. I was told that the program fit 'everything' that I chose to apply it to.
