is for Xenophobia. It is a fear of strangers and aliens. It reminds me that isolation is part of my disease, it is not a recovery tool.

is for Yet. Don't forget that it is a progressive disease. You might not have done things that others have, yet if you continue to use, you will find yourself there.

is for Zest. When I have lost my zest for living and recovery, I know I have become complacent and I need to do a 4th Step in today.
