Y is for Yellow. It is a sign of caution. When you think of not going to a meeting, don't walk, but run to the nearest meeting. If you think you don't need prayer and meditation, think again, the stinking thinking is creeping in. If you have a using dream, it is a good indicator that you need get back to basics. You may not think you are going to relapse, but the key word is "yet!" Attachments:

F is for Fun. If you are not enjoying recovery, what are you doing wrong? I didn't think I could do anything without my drug of choice to help me do it. I am no longer dependent on it. I worked through the fear and allowed myself to be me and enjoy food (for the body, mind and spirit), frolic and the fellowship of recovery. Attachments:

N is for New. They say that newcomers are the most important people at a meeting. I think each new day, brings a lot of pain, emotions, situations, trials and tribulations to everyone. Just because you have been around for a long time, doesn't mean that you can't hurt.
