U is for Unity. A fellowship who stays together, recovers together. When we leave ourselves, uninformed as to what the program can do and we don't look at all areas of our life, we set ourselves up for relapse. Embrace the whole package, unlike most deals, ours is free for the asking, all you have to do is take it and apply it to your life. Attachments:

V is for Value. Value yourself, don't beat yourself up for being less than. Most times it is only seen through your eyes, and your vision just may be clouded by old tapes and a warped perspective because of your dis-ease.
