V is for Variety. It is important for me to put some variety into my program. I needed to look at all areas of my recovery. I have an eating disorder, a problem with alcohol, and have been an addict for many years, some is good more is better. I needed to change that into more recovery and fellowship, instead of more people, plalces and things, to take me out of myself. Attachments:

X is for Xenophobia. A fear, hatred, dislike of aliens and strangers. Perhaps that is why I didn't like myself, because I always felt like I didn't fit in. Attachments:

Z is for Zero. When all our score cards read zero, we surrendered and entered the doors of recovery. I was bankrupt in all areas of my life.
