D is for Detachment. Detachment doesn't mean we don't love someone, it is because we do love them, that we need to detach so we don't enable and do their recovery for them or allow them to jeoprodize our own daily recovery. Attachments:

E is for Emotions. For many years we didn't acknowledge them. We didn't allow ourselves to feel them and we used people, places and things to stuff them. In today, I take them to my HP, sponsor, and the people in my support group. Attachments:

I is for Ideal. The ideal way to stay clean and sober is not to pick up that fiirst drug, no matter what. It can be an idea, but if you let the thought go, it won't seem like a good idea to go out and use. Attachments:
