EXPANDING CONSCIOUSNESS

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:

This is such an empowering statement. The best we can do for our loved ones is to live in a way that they can see the change within us and want it for themselves. We can't help anyone who doesn't want help, yet we can help by prayer and meditation and walking our talk so others may see.

Good to read this tonight. My son has been on call for snow removal and he has been a grumpy old bear to be around. He left at 11 p.m. to go out, but the snow is just suppose to be beginning. When I look out my window I don't see snow, just rain or sleet.

I kept remiinding myself tonight to not take on other people's stuff. Shake off what isn't yours to take on and let others deal with their own issues.

Liked the title of this. This Newsletter is no longer published, but over the years, I have gotten som great material from it.

I am so glad that the old news is still applicable in today. I need to take the words of the pages of the book and the print on my computer monitor and apply them to my life. Don't just say it, life it.
