A is for: Attitude
An Attitude of gratitude isn’t always that easy. Sometimes being grateful for the daily struggles of life, can seem unbearable. Once accepted, those struggles can become life lessons and for that I am grateful and it shows in my Attitude.

B is for Boundaries Setting Boundaries is so important for our recovery. They are good for us in all our relationships, but setting a Boundary for myself is important also!

Recovery has taught me to be Open to letting go of my old, limiting, and negative thoughts. To grow we have to keep an Open mind.....

P is for PATIENCE! I rememerb the time when I had no patience at all if he was drinking but the rest of the day...like when I was at school with a third grader who was not catching onto multiplication or division I had all the patience in the world. I had to really work on that.

Step 3: Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood God.
I have put my Trust in a loving God and He's there to listen when ever I need Him.
