 Was sharing with a friend yesterday how most of my life I thought I was ugly. We have known each other for over 50 years. She said, "Oh no girl, you were just fine." You were so sophisticated, you were tall and could wear anything, especially hats. In recovery, I had to go back and look at old pictures and it helped me to see I wasn't so ugly as I thought I was. It was what I thought of myself, the inside as well as the outside that made me feel the way I did.  |

It's only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
I am not limited by any past thinking.
I choose my thoughts with care. I constantly have new insights and new ways of looking at my world.
I am willing to change and grow.
I bought these cards from Louise Hay, too bad I can't share the colourful cards and images with you as well as the words. All I can do is type the words, but I can't copy some of the characters.
