U is for Understanding. You don't have to understand how other people see God. You just have to have an understanding of who God is to you. God as you understand Him or as you come to understand Him. I always like to say, "God is as He reveals Himself to me in today.  |

V is for Validation. You don't need to go outside of yourself to find it. Go within. You are a Child of God. Know He doesn't make no junk. You are worthy of recovery. You are loved. You are not your disease.  |

W is for Willing. Willing to work the program to the best of my ability. I may fall short of other people concept and perception, but all I am asked to do is try. They say all we need is faith the size of a mustard seed, so I try to do what I can and leave the rest up to my God. It is important though that I do my part and not leave it all up to Him/Her.  |

X is for 'Xtra. Pay 'xtra attention to your family and friends. You didn't get to where you are in today without them. Reach out and say thank you, I love you, and I am glad that you are a part of my life and thanks for being a part of my journey.  |
