::)Ever had that feeling that not just somethings wernt right in life but everything wasnt right. Then wonder if others were feeling that way too? Like something was missing? I welcome all feedback on this in hopes of finding positive things that give strength to press forward.

Keep coming and if you haven't heard your story yet, keep listening. When something is missing, it is generally me. I have lost my connection to my HP and I am again living in self-will.
Try not to compare, but identify with the feelings and thoughts behind the action.
I thought I was the only one, I thought I was different, then when I came here I found out I was unique.
I am not unique in the fact that I am the only one, I am unique in the fact that no one else has walked my personal walk, but we have all been on the same path to destruction, have taken another path, and now we are walking on the road to recovery. How we all do it is different, but we are not alone, we are each individuals, with our own personalities and situations, with that common bond. The Serenity Prayer and the desire not to go back to where we come from.

Hi Gary.... Welcome to EOR, I wandered in here about 4 years ago and it's been my online recovery home ever since. Lots of friendly, caring people here, hope you make yourself part of the family. In answer to your question, I've had times in my life when nothing seemed to go right. But today I have a loving Higher Power who guides my path each day. I get out of bed with an attitude of gratitude and I am grateful to start the day. Keep coming back Gary, it does get better..... Peace on the journey, SG P.S. I just love your signature gif, the tree and the tent tell me you must love the outdoors.....

Welcome to EOR Gary.....Guessing you are a nature lover based on your tree/tent!!
Feeling that everything is out of sync happens to me often but I am learning that it is usually because I am expecting something other than what my HP has in mind or I just want everything in my time not HP's time. When I can sit back and not submit to my bad habits and co-dependent nature, things start to fall into place. That often includes reading and posting here, attending meetings, and journaling. It does get better.
Hope to see you at a meeting or posting.
