Loving Each Day

If you would practice Soul Transcendence, get to know your Soul and discover what it finds important and worthwhile. Here's a clue: it may not be a new car or a bigger house or more money. And it's probably not whether you are short or tall, thin or chubby, have straight or curly hair, or whether you can run a marathon in less than three hours. Here's another clue: ask what inside of you remains steady through all of the ups and downs, the losses and gains of life.

If you don't gain, you can't grow. There is an immutable law
of biology: grow or go. If you don't grow, you keep sliding
back until you don't live. Since you are living, it makes
sense to consciously choose to keep growing because that is
the inherent nature of the organism called the human being.
This isn't done just by affirming that you will gain and
grow. It is done, once again, by acting to support that
positive direction. What do you need to gain in your career?
More information? Greater skills? Take those classes, read
those books. Notice they are plural? Not just one, but as
many as it takes to equip you for success.

How will you know when you have done this enough? When your
success starts manifesting. Some people may stop their
growth at that point, satisfied with their initial success.
That's all right, if that's all you want. But I remind you
again of "grow or go." It's an eternal process on this
planet and calls for you to keep on keeping on. That's the
nature of one of the success formulas.

Knowing ourselves as lovers of God, we realize, "I'm of the positive order. That's my orientation. I'm going into the positive that is God. I'm going into the Spirit because this world cannot contain the greater reality of who I am in the positive." The world presents a very limited, often negative view of who we are. However, with correct perspective upon the whole and the overall purpose, it is still a supremely good view.

Many of the difficulties we have in life occur because we stopped moving. If we stop moving physically, there is a build-up of waste in our cells, which may lead to toxicity. If we stop moving emotionally, bottling up negative feelings instead of allowing them to move through us, the result is tension and contraction. If we stop moving mentally, we can become fixed and closed-minded, instead of open and receptive.

One way to set your life in motion - to create the momentum for change - is to ask yourself what inner quality you would like to have more of in your life: Peace of mind? Love? Happiness? Make it a quality that, if you had it, it would enable you to feel content and fulfilled, regardless of the circumstances in your life.

It is only necessary to know how to get into the Soul body,
traverse your own inner realms, then the outer realms, and
establish yourself in the Soul realm. Then when you drop the
physical body, you can go right home. Only that is

During the day, as a more or less continual process,
remember to cast your burdens upon the Spirit so that you
can go free, and take some time during the day to make the
connection so that you become a greater conduit of this for
yourself and all around you.

Eventually, if you're going to do what we call Soul
Transcendence, you'll need to sustain it yourself, to hold
the Light necessary to access the Soul.

How do you practice this? By loving it all, forgiving it
all. That's putting you in line to go to God.

The thing that changes negative into positive is the
willingness to do just that.

No one is going to do it for you; you have to do it
yourself. The Mystical Traveler will go through it with you
and hold with you, but you must make the change, and as soon
as you turn inside the Traveler is there supporting the
positive.

It's amazing that each time you move from the negative to
the positive it gets easier and easier, and pretty soon you
are spending most of your time in positive patterns.

There is a whole level of love, Light, Spirit, and God
that's beyond the physical veil of the body, that is so
dynamic. You say, "Why don't I know that?" Why don't you
look at it?

"How do I look at it?" First, you remove the veil of
suffering and anguish and guilt. Then you have to find
yourself worthy to look. It has nothing to do with your
color, stature, sex, emotions, mind, the food you eat, or
anything else. It is only that ability to look, just look.

You say, "I'm looking! I'm looking!" You are not looking;
you are intensifying your whole position. so we tell you to
relax. Relax the consciousness. When that ego consciousness
relaxes, you move past it into the part that is you, and
then it makes very little difference what this level is.
Truly, it makes very little difference.

You don't have to be all things to all people. Don't even try to. Just be you, to you. That's one of the great challenges.

Let things just be, and then you just be full of joy. You
know, laughing is just inner jogging. So get with people who
have a laughing good time. And let your love flow out. You
have no control whatsoever over your loving.

As the MSIA song says, love takes you where it wants you to
go, and it follows fast and it follows slow, but love always
takes you where it wants to go. You just move into the
loving, and its power can really surprise you.

What you make of your life really is for you to decide.
Choices are freely presented to you, such as children,
marriage, where you live and what you do.

When things don't seem to work out, you might want to
consider that your best intentions may not have been so
great. If you were to look at it from a more distant,
neutral perspective you might see that some things you
entered into really were not for the best and that you
created some things for yourself that you didn't need.

The Soul carries the very best intention which is for the
highest good of all concerned. That translates to taking
into consideration all things. We may not have any idea what
that is, but we can know enough to realize that the overall
best is what we truly want. We can articulate that and then
give it up to the One who always knows what is best overall:
God.

A first cousin of positive expectations is enthusiasm, which
is the definition for tapping into divine energy. When you
go inside, past your mind, emotions, and doubts, you can tap
into this spiritual energy and bring it forward to improve
your life.

You can also share it with others and make a tangible
contribution to improving the world around you. When you
learn the how-to's and become devoted to going inside
(tapping into the divine energy), you will discover, as a
reality, that God is for you. When God is for you, who can
be against you?

Others who have not experienced their own expanded
consciousness may try to thwart your success, but your
endurance will outlast their negativity, as long as you keep
your focus positive, on what will work for you.

So when you are working to overcome these lower levels, you will want to gather your attention up into the third eye, the tenth door.

That is where the Inner Master resides, waiting for you to come to that point. And when you come to that point, then you'll become aware that the Mystical Traveler is there with you.

When you are in contraction, you can begin to move into a state of expansion by coming back to the question, "Where does love lead me right now?" Love always leads you into
living from the inside out. It allows you to stay within yourself and realize that:

Who you are is enough.Regardless of what anybody else thinks, you can love yourself.You can love your mistakes as much as you love your successes.

As you hold on to these truths, you will start attracting people to you who will support your inner process. Try it and see. Make a commitment that, just for today, you'll let love lead.

As soon as you realize that there is an answer to every problem, it becomes easier to find the answer. Sometimes the answer is to do nothing, to hold steady, to make the decision not to move.

A lot of times people get caught up in the need for action. They say, "I have to do something about this!" If asked why, they might say, "Because I just have to!" And that's not necessarily a good answer. You might ask, "What if you do this?" They say, "That won't work." "Okay, what if you do this?" They say, "That won't work either." So you say, "What if you just hold still?" Maybe they're a little more receptive to that idea now. So they hold still, and that stillness allows the solution to come into their mind. They see their direction and are on their way. Then they say, "Thank God I didn't do anything rash. It's a good thing I didn't make up my mind impetuously."

Question: What stops me from enjoying my life more?

Answer: You have habitual patterns, like a number of people, where you focus on the negative, you get involved in the negative, and you get fascinated by it.

That's one of the elements that negativity has on our consciousness - fascination. It has an attraction, a glamour, and it holds our attention. It's allowed to do that, to have energy that our consciousness responds to, but we're larger than whatever the negativity is. So we have the ability to transcend it. Always, that ability is there. The more you know that ability and direct it to overcome, the less the negativity impacts on you. You may find that you're
simply directing your energy into what serves you, into who you are.
