A: We are all our brothers' keepers, but not as prison keepers. We keep our brothers free by allowing them the individual experience of their own lives, the way they see it.

You can stop what you are doing just in this moment, to move behind your eyes to who you are.

It is so easy to identify with the body, thinking that you're your
stomach that's upset, or that you're the pain in your back or in your shoulder, or even that you are your gray hair or wrinkles.

Let's just take a minute to see if we can find out who you are:

Relax the body.

Focus on your breathing, flowing in and out. Receive your breath, then let it go.

Just allow that process for one minute. Now, let your emotions go.

If you have an uptight feeling in your stomach or back, or anywhere, just leave it alone.

Be quiet with the body.

Be still with the emotions for one minute.

Now, calm the mind by being completely present. No body movement.

No emotions.

No mind.

Who is doing that inside of you? Who has quieted the body? Stilled the emotions? Calmed the mind? That, my Beloved, is you. You, who are much more than body, emotions, and mind. It's the eternal you that can do that.

One of the greatest keys that anyone could give you to create your own happiness and well-being would be the key of unconditional cooperation.


That means cooperating with everything that's going on. If people
express in an illiterate way that you don't appreciate, keep in mind that they're not better or worse than you just because they don't talk the way you do. And if others use flowery language and are well-educated and cultured, that doesn't mean they are better or worse than you, either.

Acceptance, then, is a big part of cooperation -- accepting people for who they are and seeing past the expression of the moment into the message that comes from their heart.

In feeling sorry there is judgment that a situation should not be what it already is, which then becomes resistance and lack of appreciation for God's perfection and overwhelming good.

Feeling sorry is a sign of misinterpretation and misunderstanding.

Look instead for acceptance and trust which lead to compassion for all and joy that fills and overflows you.

Q: What do you do when someone wants to continually talk to you about negative things, gossip, etc.?

A: I don't talk to them. I have a lot to do, and I like to do it with
people who are going in the same direction I am, which is towards upliftment, loving, and God.

I love people unconditionally; I don't listen to them unconditionally.

Part of loving is to create an atmosphere of freedom and to teach the child that with freedom comes responsibility. Part of loving is also to provide the child with what is needed to develop his or her own loving heart.

Sometimes that is called discipline, which may produce the freedom to be more loving in a happy household. Good habits can be taught, and loving choices can be encouraged.

We're here on this physical plane for a short stay. Then we leave. And
there are places that we will go to that are so glorious. We are heirs
to the kingdom. We inherit it by divine right because of who we are.

I know it can be difficult to relate that idea with the physical
disturbances that we have in our bodies, and the problems we create with
relationships and finances, and the dilemma of what we are going to do with
our lives.

Some people say that they have a Soul. That's approaching it backwards.
It's more accurate to say that the Soul has a body. We are Soul. We
are Spirit. We are the Beloved. We are divine. And we have a body to use
while we awaken to that reality.

Pain is a messenger that can relate to many levels. Practically, for
physical pain, check the physical first, then move onto checking out the psychic levels as best you can. With any form of karma, which equals the law of cause and effect, what is needed is learning and growing such that the condition that communicates through pain is no longer necessary and can and must be cleared.

Physically, this can take awhile, especially a body born condition
which also could turn out to be a body die condition, meaning stays with the body until the body is done, and the condition dies with the body.

In Soul transcendence, you have the opportunity to become conscious in the higher levels so you can both observe and clear the condition when that serves your upliftment, learning and growth. You can also request assistance through grace from the higher consciousness that transcends into God.

Practically, love the pain, love the elbow, love whatever is the cause that is manifesting in the conditions that come to you. Trust that those conditions that remain are always on purpose with your upliftment, learning and growth.

Therefore, the ground rule appears once again, Use Everything for Your Upliftment, Learning, and Growth.

Q: What can I do if someone is angry at me and coming at me with a lot of negative energy?

A: Absorb the negative energy. Don't be defensive, and don't take it personally. See yourself as the one who is allowing the other person to release their negativity and get free. One way to absorb the negativity and to allow it to pass through you and go into the Light is to use what I call the magic words. You repeat inwardly, "I love you. God bless you." When you do this, you are focused on the Light rather than on the negativity.

The Light overrides the negativity, and the focus of the argument may start shifting. If there is an issue to resolve, you might find
yourselves focusing on the solution rather than on the hostility. As both of you look for a solution, creativity comes in and, with it, the Light of Spirit. If the other person is just letting off steam and if you can hold the loving focus, they may suddenly tell you about a situation that has been disturbing them, which lets you know where their upset was coming from.

Awareness comes present.

Empathy and understanding come present.

The Spirit comes present.

In the midst of all the apparent conflict and stupidity in this world,
you can still love. You can still have compassion. You can still reach out and say, "I'll help anyway." That's Spirit and God manifesting through you to the God in all people.

It is a gift for both you and them. It's what this world is all about.

When you are in a state of cooperation, your attitude is one of joy, enthusiasm, and abundance.

When you're asked to do something, you let the one who asks know that your cooperation extends far beyond what you were asked to do. You do it more fully and more completely than they had even thought to suggest. You may find that when you are in a state of cooperation, you not only do what is asked but you also see beyond that to the next project and start preparing for that immediately. Your focus is beyond yourself and your immediate job. You are exercising your creativity and manifesting
your joy. It's a joyful attitude.
