Dishonesty forfeits divine aid, and that refers to what you do inside yourself.

So be honest with yourself, no matter what else you might be doing. If you are sad and you say to yourself, "I'm not sad," it may or may not change your attitude. It depends upon the intention of claiming a new direction.

But if you are denying what's present, that is "stuffing" and being dishonest with yourself.

If you have false expectations, you will probably find it difficult to work in a high state of cooperation. When you expect that someone will behave a certain way, that a situation will turn out a certain way, or that you will get a certain result from your action, and if that expectation turns out to be false, you may feel disappointment, unhappiness, despair, or depression, depending on your emotional investment in the outcome.

Expectation is a good area to stay away from. When you let others be and when you cooperate with what is, you are likely to find your life flowing along much more smoothly and happily.

If you want to receive full benefit from your dream experiences, it is important that you keep track of your dreams. Write them down. Keep a notebook and a pencil or pen by your bed.

When you wake up, record your dreams or your impressions of what has happened during the night travel. At first, you may remember only fragments; if you continue to record your dreams -- even fragments -- you may begin to remember more and more. As you record them, bringing them into conscious awareness, the symbolism of your dreams will become clearer to you, and you will become more skilled at interpreting your dreams.

At some point in our evolution (spiritual, moral, financial, etc.), we must become more responsible, conscious, directed Hu-man beings. We must consciously take direction and control of our lives.

We must consciously watch what we put in our mouths. We must consciously monitor the words that come out of our mouths.

We must consciously watch what we think about and the energy that we put into our thoughts. We must consciously watch the things that we allow to cycle and recycle through our minds.

We tend to take ourselves too seriously. That's the real worry!

If you have an overweight body, you had better love it because you've got it. And if you love it, there is a good chance that some of the weight will dissipate because you've reduced the worry and the holding of energy that goes with it -- where thought goes, energy follows, then it manifests. So love your new lighter body, even though right now it's a little heavier.

You can take that idea into your daily life by thinking and seeing in your mind more of what you want. Get a clear, positive image in your mind and energy will start to follow that. You can get a picture out of a magazine and paste it on your mirror in your bathroom, and everyday you see that it will be programming a place inside of you with a positive image of what you want.

Some people want to get to the root of the limitations in their lives, so they continually look at why they are not happy, why they do not have enough money, why their relationships are not working, why they are sick, why things are "so bad."

You can try to do that if you want to, but it is much quicker and easier to move your focus from what you see as lack or limitation to what is positive in your life.

Love your karma. It is your opportunity to learn and to gain wisdom.

By loving even your negative creations, you can shift their energy and release karma. You have the opportunity to change the karmic flow of your life through your ability to be loving.

By loving the God in yourself and others, you can move into a path of greater unfoldment. Instead of looking at the factors of your life and saying, "That's my karma, so I can't help it," you might say, "That's my karma, and I will fulfill it so I am free." Through loving, you can complete your karma.
