for those who are depressed

I know this time of year sure can be a rough time for many who suffer from depression. I have no idea if it is the cold weather keeping them indoors or the holidays themselves and memories associated with them. Whatever brings it on this time of year, I want to offer prayers that they will be comforted my their HP and will pull out of it.

In our local paper this week we have had two fairly young peole who committed suicide due to holiday depression. It must be a very terrible way to live that suicide is a better option.

Each of us are sacred and precious to God. I pray
that those that are feeling depressed today, will each
take the time, to reach out to HIS light and love.

May you know that there is goodness and happiness
in this life and HIS love will replace the darkness that
you feel. I pray God will give you the strength and hope to
get through today and may all of your days be brighter....
