i know some of you may remember me " lala" it's been a while since ive been on these boards i have missed essence and the friends i have made on here i recently have found out i will need to start a round of kemo and i am truly terrified for i will be on it for a yr of course bein a recovering alcoholic this all was self induced and i believe its part of my wreckage so i just ask for prayers for i believe truly in the power of prayer thank you and im glad to be back amongst friends.....lala

My prayers are extended to you as well lala. My son's ex-girlfriend with through several bouts of kemo and it isn't easy but they did help. Sometimes things resurfaced because she didn't practice self-care and she continued to use.
So I pray that you never receive more than you can handle. I know this isn't easy. It has been my experience that God has more faith in me than I have believed there could be found within myself. I pray that you will be given the courage, the strength and loving support you need to see this through.
He has never let me down yet, and I pray I will never let Him down. I often wonder if cancer is suppressed emotions and feelings. Those things left unsaid, the things we were always afraid to say and do, all compiled within ourselves to rot and finally because there has been no outlet, they have finally decided to make themselves known and just explode.

It's good to hear from you LALA...but sorry to hear you ahve been ill. I spent many hours chatting with you while you were chat-sitting and I have been wondering where you siddenly disappeared to.
I have a prayer card taped to my printer...LORD...help me remember that nothing is giong to happen to me today that you and i together can't handle.
I will be thinking of you and remembering you in prayer.

Dear LaLa so sorry to hear of your illness Finfd comfort in knowing Myself and your friends at eor are praying for you and i believe all will work out fine try not to worry as it will cause you more stress enjoy and relish all you can and stay at peace love tired
