needing prayers

My husband and I need some prayers. He's been very depressed and his PTSD from Viet Nam has been rearing its ugly head. He medicates these feelings by taking more of his pills that prescribed and lately ahs added alcohol to the mix. Three times he was sick enough to go to the hospital. One of those times i monitored him. One of them they kept him overnight.

Yesterday he went to t he VA clinic and they wanted to send him immediately to the VA hospital. he convinced him he needed to be home for Thanksgiving and he'd go on Friday. So as the plans are right now, I take him to the clinic (an hour drive) and they will transport him to St. Louis.

he's so in denial of his problems that he actually told the doctor he takes his meds correctly. He told them I am the problem. I admit I am not home much and that bothers him. But as far as me being the problem with him being depressed, I dont see that.

We have no idea how long he will be gone. he THINKS 3 weeks, but we'll see. Taht amount of time does not sound like a long time to me. It actually seems short to me to cure 37 years of pain. He's scared and angry right now and I realize that.

I need prayers for patience with him while he yells at me and blames me and he needs prayers for healing.

The Christ Principle within me overcomes every unhappy situation in my life. I do not have to manipulate it. I do not have to make it work. Of myself I do nothing, the Principle of Truth within me doeth the works.

I do not have to seek wealth or make wealth come to me. The Principle of Christ within me is my wealth. I do not have to find health. The Principle of Christ within me is my perfect health.

I do not fear myself. I do not fear others. The Principle of Christ within me unites me with every part of Life. Through Christ I am lifted up until I draw all men unto me.

I do not fear circumstances or conditions. The Principle of Christ within me is the perfect right action of God in which there is no variableness. I have nothing to fear. Principle triumphs over circumstances.

And so it is.

Dear LIN sorry to hear it seems like only yesterday he was discharged from the hospital and doing better what a long road we have to travel sometimes hope all goes well and will pray for you both with Gods help I know you will get through this Love tired

Thanks guys! He seems a little calmer today. Tomorrow I am off so maybe we can do something FUN. I only have to pick up my paycheck and get tot he bank and the rest of the day is HIS.
