Not sure of your circumstances, but meditation worked for me. Putting on music, I like instrumental because can get mixed up with words in my head.
Letting go and letting God. If you have no understanding of God or you can just turn things over to the Universe. I like to sit with my palms up which is surrender for me (I can't, my God can). I just ask for what I need for my health and well being.
Cover up, go for a walk. The sunshine will burn away negativity. Change the energy field around you, exercise, dance, walk, ru.n.
Get a hobby, even if it is coloring books and crayons. Knut, play games (I like Yahtzee and Scrabble.)
Gardening seasoning coming. Get in touch with nature.
Hope this helps, if not what you wanted let me know.

P.S. 😄. Many may have thoughts of using. It helps to fill that void left by that 'drug' be it booze, pot, television, computer, cigarettes, etc. With spiritual things. The 12 steps are a spiritual program which covers all religions an non believers. You just need to come to believe that the program will work for you if you want to get clean.

Me time to me is something as simple as walking to the store by myself to get a pop or a snack, i take a bath listen to music or just curl up under the covers with a book and ignore the outside world. Meditation comes in time and even for me my meditations are usually quick like pulling cards or saying a prayer. Hope this helps

For me there is always a good book. I also use cards (native teachings, animals, angels, nature) and crystals. I have my Bible by my bedside.
My sponsor told me years ago, take a vacation. Don't answer the door or the phone. Eat when you want, sleep when you want, pamper yourself, give yourself a treat and do some Step work. 😷
