J is for JUST SAT NO...not a recovery slogan. It's one we use at school to say no to drugs and alcohol. But It cam also be saying NO to doing things that I dont have time to do. It is saying NO to things that might give me a resentment if i agreed to say YES and then get overwhelmed.
