H is for Honest, open , communication...with others and especally my sponsor. She can't help me if I am not being honest. I had to learn to be honest about my own thoughts, feelings and actions too!

Q is for Question. There is no silly questions in the rooms of recovery. Many of us feared asking yet how can we know what we have never been taught.
I remember being told that I had the answers within me, my response was "How can I know the answer if I don't know what the question is?

T is for Tidyness. It is better than it use to be, it is far from being where it should be, but God and I are working on it. What is most important my thoughts are tidy and generally in good order, but my apartment is another thing.
