X is for Xenolith. It means a rock fragment included in another rock.
This is what I found in recovery was the rock of my foundation, and that found that foundation in the people in the rooms of recovery where ever I went.
My Higher Power is the Rock of my Foundation, and I also found God within the people in the rooms.

Y is for YES...saying YES when asked to chair a meeting...saying YES when asked to set out literature or make coffee...saying YES to serve as an officer for the group.Saying YES to be a speaker at a meeting. Saying YES to sharing on a topic at a meeting. Saying YES to service to my group helps me get out of ME.
