U is for Unique. I am not terminally unique in my disease, but I am unique in the fact that no one else has walked my walk to get here. We all have something to share each in our own way.

V is for Validation. We no longer have to go outside of ourselves for validation. We can learn to think good of ourselves.

X is for Xeric. Thanks to recovery, I am a xeric person, who requires only a little bit of moisture. I no longer have the desire to have more.
