W is for WORK ETHIC. My dad instilled in me that everybody must work. We work for what we get. "Choosing to lay around and not work is laziness." (of course he used more colorful words like certain parts of the body being dead...LOL) When he got too sick to work, I could tell he missed it.
I've had family members who woudl rather get welfare or live in a homeless shelter and get financial help than get a job.
I have worked since I was 15. I know my recovery, my marriage, my jobs all take WORK. But the rewards are worth it!

Y is for YESTERDAY.... i can't take it back, re-live it, change it. So no need to dwell on it. I can instead lern from it and move on.
