Q is for....... Quietness.
The quiteness of my mind when I meditate. The quietness of the house when everyone goes about their daily errands. The quietness of the night when all is still except for a crickets noise or a birds chirp. The quietness of a new snowfall.
For me the quietness is good. It takes away the turbulence that has filled my life. The quietness gives me peace and comfort. It gives me my serenity.
Quote: "Peace of mind is that mental condition in which you have accepted the worst." Author: Lin Yn-tang 1895-1976, Chinese Writer and Philologist [/color]

R is for Reserve. I like to have a back up plan for when things don't always work out my way. The best one that has worked for me is to reserve judgment and take it to my Higher Power.

T is for Tenderness. Learning to be kind to myself and not beating myself up. I didn't get sick overnight, I don't heal overnight, so I need to give myself some TLC.
