A is for Anger. It is okay to feel anger, it is how I express it that is important. I have to feel it in order to be able to let it go. I can't stuff it down inside to erupt in a non-acceptable way.

C is for COURAGE. It takes alot of courage to go to a rehab, to ask for help, to walk in that first meeting. It takes alot of courage to change ourselves.

L is for LOVE.. yesterday was Valentine's day. ALot of folks told others they sometimes forget to tell that they love them. I thinkit's important to tell them more than once a year.
