K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE. When i try to make a big production out of something, I run into trouble. When I make a mountain out of a molehill, it's not in my best interest. LOL

HI I am new I had Joined Last Sunday And could not get back in. Anyway I have 2yrs As of the 19th in AA . I find Myself and My Atitude getting stuck lately in Excuses for not moving forward ... the Prommises have come true in my life and I am uses work and school Help

Q is for Quite Essential. It is essential that I stay sober today, Serenity is optional. I do have freedom of choice today.
