V is for Value. As we grow in the program, we learn to value ourselves. We learn to have self-worth, self-respect and practice self-care.

Y is for YESTERDAY,. I can look back at my yesterdays and learn from them, but I dont have to stare. I dont have to dwell on things that may not have been so pleasant.
