A is for Aware. I am aware that I am the problem and it isn't my partner, my family, and/or my addictions (which can make themselves known on a daily basis). When I work my program, I can find and live in the solution.

B is for BELIEVE... When i BELIEVE i ahve the power to change my life, I can. When i BELIEVE my HP will guid me, I can give him my day.

I is for Inside. This is an inward journey. I can fix the outside, but if I don't change the inside, I stay the same and continue to act out in addictive behavior.

K is for Kick. We need to kick our habits and in order to do that we need to go to our Higher Power for the strength, courage, direction and power to do it.

N is for NEEDS...i rememebr to keep my needs in mind as well as those of others...thanks to recovery. (I used to only want to do for others.)

Q is for Quick. There are no quick fixes in this program. This is a one day at a time, daily reprieve from active addiction, old behaviors and patterns.
