X is for Xenophobia. I no longer have a fear and hatred of strangers and aliens. I was one, now I know myself so I no longer have to hate me.

Y is for YESTERDAYS.. I learn from my mistakes of yesterday...but not dwell on the past. It helps to stay in TODAY.
