U is for Understanding. Understanding the Traditions is important to my recovery. They help me to live inside and outside of the rooms. By applying their principles to my life, they help in my daily living.

W is for WORDS>?..I can use my words as well as my actions to show others how I feel. I need to weigh the words carefully so that I dont step on toes, don't hurt others feelings, and am not mean.

Y is for you. You people have saved my life. You people have shown me love when I didn't love myself. You people have taught me more in the last 7+ years of my life then I learned in the previous 41 years. For YOU I am extremely grateful.

Z is for Zenith. I have natural highs in recovery without the use of chemicals. Through God I can do all things and reach the stars.
