Sorry to but in MistyEve, but seeing there isn't a chip posted, I am posting mine.
This is something I need to work on today because I am going to see the heart specialist this afternoon. I had to be honest with myself and acknowledge a lot of fear concerning this. I also have to be honest with the doctor and stay open and not shut down and allow myself to feel the pain.
If I am dishonest, I am the one to lose.

Dear Caressa----Thanks for your participation with the "Monday" chip for the day. I am so glad to have people "chip" in and talk about the chip that they need to talk about. I was told early on about HOW:HONESTEY OPEN MINDED WILLINGNESS They told me that these 3 things would make me or break me. I want to continue to have success with this program so I do what I have to do even if it gets uncomfortable. I wish you the best of luck at the DR today. It sounds like serious stuff!!!! Please come back and let us know how you are. Thanks HOney! Good Luck----Mistyeve

Thanks for posting a chip Caressa. I checked several times this morning and did not find one, but figured Misty was back home or John was on the way so I did not post.
Honesty? I do try to be honest these days. I used to be very dishonest with others abut how I was feeling and what was happening. I was dishonest when I lied to cover up for others. And i was dishonest with my HP when I refused to allow him into my life.
today honesty with others, self and mostly my HP is the way i try to live.
Like Caressa said, when we are dishonest, it hurts us first,.

Well the specialist said there is nothing wrong with my heart. It is in very good shape and all the stress I put myself about doing the stress test, didn't have any affect. I realized I had a lot of fear as a result of the last one I had done. It showed me how much it is about living in today. What was, needed and often isn't in today when we take God with us. I still have swelling but I have a good heart which seems to be pumping the fluid all through my body.
