Happy 4th of July! I still have to organize food and clothes to be ready for the rest of the week. It
sure is good to have the day off &
celebrate one of my favorite holidays! Hope ya have a happy one

I'm very much on the organized side fo this cihp. When it comes to parties, holiday preparations, files, etc...I am overly organized. I almost saw this chip as a defect when I first worked my steps because i was TOO organized. I had time frames set and when others did not meet their end the time frames fell thru and i became frazzled easily. So I laxed up ALOT. Now my regular organizations is a bit on the cluttered side but at least it's ORGANIZEd CLUTTER. I know where to go to put my hand on something.
When I was a child my life was so chaotic. Both parents were active alkies and there was not much organization in my life. SO i learned that in MY little corner of the world I could spend my time getting things organized and that really helped me have a little order in the midst of chaos.
So count me ORGANIZEd.

Dear Lin----Cleaning out closets and drawers really make me feel that I am NOT so powerless. I got the power to organize and throw stuff out. This is a real good way for me to feel in control of SOMETHING and also to know where stuff is at. Thanks for stopping by!-----Mistyeve

Lately I have been going thru my closets and drawers to throw out stuff I don't use or wear anymore, and that to me takes alot of "organizing" to do. Its hard to part with stuff you think you will use or wear again... but deep down you know it isn't true.  |

Happy 4th to you !! Like you I love this holiday. It brings out a real patriotic spiritual feeling in me.
Organized/disorganized
It sure is a good thing that I am relatively organized. Hubby sprang a quick get away on me, so it was easy to scoop up what I needed and take off. Then to come home have a quick dinner and take off again for the fireworks on the river. Organization just gives me that much more control in my life. It prioritizes all the junk and clutter and what is really important. (Like bills and taxes.)
Back in the days of insanity even with an accountant my taxes were all screwed up. Still filing amended returns. LOL Birthdays , holidays and all sorts of things went unnoticed or unattended. Now with a little sanity and some organization things run a lot more smoothly.
