Does anyone want to start a Step and Tradition or a Big Book study on the site.
I still maintain that the 12 Steps and 12 Traditions are a way that bind us together. All programs are based on them.
If people can't find time to come to meetings in these times of chaos, would you like a discussion on the steps.

Sounds good to me. The very top secrion on the boards has STEPS. We have done this before...and it worked for a while.
Always good to refresh on the steps.
How will we know to move on to the next step? Woudl one week for each step work?

I was thinking of breaking it down the way I had the meeting schedule for the Step Discussion Meeting.
Looking at the spiritual principles of the steps.
Honesty, surrender, acceptance and how the step applies to all areas of our life. Looking at how for me, I am powerless over people, places and things. Which means I need to look at my powerlessness and the unmanageability of my life, which leads me on to the Steps which show me how to become empowered and find balance in my life.

that works too! And how would we know it was time to move on to step 2? that's why i suggested a week for each step.

I was thinking we could move on when people didn't have anything more to say on Step One. I wasn't looking at a time factor, although if we made it a week, people could still continue discussing and sharing on Step One if they wanted to. For me, I will always be on Step One. There are times in my life that I have found myself there during a day and I need to go back to basics.

It is my hope that everyone will share. I can only post from my perspective and share my experience, strength, and hope. This is a WE program and hopefully a "we share because we care" message board.
Without you, there is no me. I don't enjoy talking to myself as much as it looks that way some days.
