Z is for ZZZZZZZZZZZZZs. It is important to get lots of rest and allow the body to heal. When I came into recovery, I was told to do the following. Take Vitamin B compound, eat healthy foods, allow myself to cry and cleanse my soul, and to rest and allow the body to heal from the many years of abuse. I try not to abuse myself in today, but sometimes I do admit to overdoing when it is something that I really like to do.
