U is for Udder. I was udderly out to lunch and had a senior moment. Posted "Have a great day here instead of newcomers. I understand that people make mistakes, but this was totally insanity. Sound like it is back to Step Two for today.

W is for Work. I need to work the Steps. Things don't happen if I don't take the words off the paper and apply them to my life. The program works if I work for it!

X is for 'Xtra. I get more out of my program when I do the Steps and Service. That 'xtra length to stay sober, is what gives me sobriety. X marks the spot. The spot for me in the rooms of recovery. I got a lot of criticism for having more than one spot! I went where I needed to go at the time. Bill and Dr. Bob said we might need 'xtra outside help in order to recovery. I was one of the very 'xtra sick ones.
