just woke up and getting ready for work im doing well these days since i started setting boundries for my self its not always easy but it im seeing that it does get better its strange last night i came to the conclusion im not gonna go without while doing things for everyone else i think thats an alonon thing ...lol anyway just wanted to say mornin to everyone and have a good day...lala
