U is for Understanding. I had to go on a spiritual quest to reach a decision as to who and what my God was to me. He was so much bigger than any previous understanding from years ago in church. W is for Who, Why, Where, and What? I needed to be willing to accept the program and know that it would work, if I worked it. I had to quit questioning and intellectualizing, and get honest, surrender and accept the program the way it was set out, not the way I would have it be.
