E is for Extra. There are extra gifts and blessings that we receive from working the steps and working with others. It is good to stop using, but it is even more rewarding to get involved in service and help others as well as ourselves.

I is for Instant. There is no instant quick fix. There was an instant moment of hope when I walked into the rooms and found people who were doing what I hadn't been able to do in 8 years.
