To any one new in the program, find a hobby that u really enjoy. Th idle time is the devil's workshop. 4 Me, I love to sail. Some people, don't know how to relax. Sailing is so relaxing. Try to find a hobby that, you can find peaceful. One of the main reasons i used to drink was to let off steam. Hobbies lets us divert our energy to something other than John Barleycorn. Whatever, you can find to do that doesn't involve drinking just do it. Don't sit around and feel sorry for yourself. Get active in some type of past time

I feel idle time is not good for me. I can slip into laziness really easy that way. When I stay busy I not only feel more alive in my sobriety but I feel at the end of the day like I have accomplished something. Nice way to lay down to rest at night.
Have a safe and sober day everybody!
Love,

Good idea. I took up Bridge. Lately it has been Cribbage Solitaire. I volunteered at a internet cafe.
