Good early morning Chris, Couldn't sleep so I thought I would check out the boards. I know what you mean. At the times when everyone may be in chat I am off somewhere else or something....lol. I am a bit impatient with chats. Would rather read something on the boards so that I have my own time to read over and think about it and read again. Plus, I do too many things at one time. You know how I am, checking on my msn groups, doing paint shop pro, I have my msn and yahoo msgrs on all the time now and my icq. Now, I CAN sit there and chat on those...lol...because I can do other things at the same time. I have my grandson here running in and out during the aft and evenings playin and pushin keys and wanting to play......etc etc........ Anyways, thought I would post something for you to read. LOL I would go to the online meetings before I got this new computer. I could only do one thing at a time. I know I am rambling. Good night all. Sweet dreams
Love and light, Brenda

Here's a lil clean joke for ya
#############
At Sunday School they were teaching how God created everything, including human beings. Little Johnny seemed especially intent when they told him how Eve was created out of one of Adam's ribs. Later in the week his mother noticed him lying down as though he were ill, and said, "Johnny, what is the matter?" Little Johnny responded, "I have pain in my side. I think I'm going to have a wife."
###########
Two boys were walking home from Sunday school after hearing a strong preaching on the devil. ! One said to the other, "What do you think about all this Satan stuff?" The other boy replied, "Well, you know how Santa Claus turned out. It's probably just your Dad.
############
You know we are NOT a glum lot! Love, light and laughter, Brenda

Good morning,Chris and TXrainwater.
Well, this weekend i'm dog sitting. Ginger, is her name. She keeps me hopping. In and out. Of course it's raining here in south western NY so the floors have doggie paws all over them. I guess it's better than "doggie do" lol.
Well, it's still early here and i don't have my mind together, yet. Just wanted to let you know i'm still here and kickin.
Take care,
Robin

*waving* Hiya Chris...thanks for the laughs, Brenda! And Robin...Nice to see you again!
I've had an awesome day! My hair's a bit whiter, thanks to ceiling paint (why is it I can't paint without wearing it?), but I have a good start on the guestroom redecoration process! We had a barbeque this evening--complete with toasted marshmellows.....I got to the noon meeting and now I'm settling down with a read here and a book by Emmet Fox for afterwards. It's just been a good day!
And Robin, I'd settle for muddy prints--SOMEone slopped paint and tracked it through the kitchen...LOL (okay, okay....it was me...LOL) Good thing we learn to not sweat the small stuff, eh?
*hugs*
And I'd echo the invitation to those reading to come join us!! The more, the merrier!
