At the start of meetings we always ask, 'Is there anybody new or coming back?' We should also ask, 'Is there anybody old and going out?'
Just because someone has been around the rooms for a little while, doesn't mean they can't hurt. It is a one day at a time program and we ALL are only an arms length away from that next one!

Was really difficult for me, I feared rejection and put downs for not being a 'strong' woman. I should be able to do it myself. Had to change the attitude.
