Truth

Today I look within to find my truth. I ask a power greater than myself to guide me and show me the way and all I have to do is follow. It is that simple.

Each of us must find our own truth. What works for us. In order for me to do that, I had to go to my Higher Power.

Meditation is a big part of finding out my Higher Power's direction and will for me.

When I surrender and ask for the good orderly direction I need, it is there. Trust is believing that what comes through is what I need to follow. Even if I make wrong choices, I am granted the choice of choosing again.

The key for me is always about the moment and enjoying it for what it is in the moment. Not what was, not what is meant to be, but what is in the moment.

Another word that keeps coming up, "Truth" followed by the thought, trust in yourself, through my God all things are possible.

My meditations have said things like: Stand in your own truth, Speak your own truth, it doesn't have to agree with others, that is their truth, find out what is right for you.

It is about my relationship with my God, keeping connection, and find out what is good for me and the whole.

Have to trust the process. I didn't get this way overnight, things won't change immediately, the program is not a quick fix.
