U is for Unity. We can do what I can't do alone. A burden shared is a burden lessened. When we unite, we can handle anything that comes our way.

V is for: Vulnerable

W is for Watch and Wait. Watch for the messages that come your way. Wait for God's time instead of trying to make things happen on your time schedule. Wait to be willing to will God's will not your own.

X is for: eXamine

"When you find yourself fussing and fuming over each thing you
feel obligated to do, you may need to re-eXamine your motives."

Proverbs 29:18

Y is for You. Look at your own inventory and remember that for every finger you point at someone, you have three coming back at you.

Z is for Zealous. Put all that you have into your recovery. They say if you put 1/4 of the energy you put into using and caretaking others, you will have a happy, joyous, and sometimes zany recovery.
