It seems like I can manage to complicate my life,
in so many ways. I can worry myself into an utter
state of confusion, using the, "What if's?" "Will They's?"
"Should I/Could I's?"

I've decided I have wasted to much time and energy
on all this nonsense. When I begin to panic, I remind
myself to "keep it simple." Letting go of fear and worry
is just a prayer away for me.......
