Y spiritual advisor told me NOT to detah with love,. Love leaves conditions, strings, and ties that bind. We detach because we do love them, although they don't often see it as a loving gesture. We don't always have to physically separated, we do have to stop feeding into their games, lies, and deceit.

We do this because we love them. We do it for us to preserve our sanity and because we also love ourselves.
