Wonder where I was and didn't respond to some of these topics.

Control, the big "C" word for me. I have always wanted to know. I didn't know I had my own knowingness, all I had to do was pause, go within, and connect to my Higher Power.

Control is an illusion. If you have to control it, it is already out of control.

My tongue can run away from me and I have to curb it. Once you get me talking, it is hard to shut me up. I love this program.

My sponsor said I had to change everything. All my habits, patterns, as well as my addictions.

What had to be changed within me, my personna, My attitude, my outlook, my perspective, and the list goes on and on.
