L is for Listen to Learn, Learn to Listen. We need to listen to the people share in the rooms of recovery and identify not compare our story with them. Look at the feelings, look at the motive and intent, instead of the end result, although that could happen to you too! DON'T JUST EXIST. DON'T JUST SURVIVE IN TODAY. LIVE IT!
