T is for Truth. It is up to me to find my own truth. This is a disease of perception. I ask my Higher Power daily for my truth and what is good for me. It may change at a later date, and more may be revealed, but it is my truth in the moment when I take my prayers to my Higher Power.  |

Z is for Zzzzzs. Lots of rests and relaxation is necessary for recovery. Give your body, mind, and spirit a time to heal. It is good to have lots of zest and enjoy recovery, but good to be still and go within and be with your HP in Zion. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zion |
