They say God never gives us more than we can handle....
But on some days it seems like a test! My faith is strong, so I will keep my prayer line open and active. I know that life will turn out just the way it's suppose to.
I spoke to my daughter last night and there's just no improvement with her eye... she is sounding very depressed, but she tried to humor me and my positive thoughts.
Yesterday my brother-in-law in Oklahoma went to have a cataract removed and went back this morning to take the bandage off. There was absolutely no improvement with his sight and now they are sending him to retina specialist to find out what's up. He was suppose to go back next week to have a cataract removed from the other eye and that's on hold for now. No idea how this will turn out so I'm leaving it up to God.
Please keep Kim and Calvin in your prayers.....
Hugs, SG

Prayers going up SG...Sometimes these things take time and that is the hardest for us to deal with.
Let me rephrase that..The helplessness and the time run neck and neck in dealing with these thngs. Yet our faith and our prayers are powerful tools to combat those elements.

Will include them in prayer SG. I just came back from my eye doctor and thankfully, my eye infection was due to the heat and was nothing serious. Attachments:

Thank you for your prayers....
I am once again reminded that when I focus on the worst case scenario, the situation always looks gloomy.
Today I am focusing on the positives and Kim is making some progress with her sight. It ended up being an ulcer on her eye and has been using eye drops every hour and taking oral antibiotics as well. Just a little improvement every day is progress and all I can say is.... Thank you Lord!
Calvin's sight is just a little better, but still has to go to the retina specialist to find out if there was a stroke or what the problem is....
Again I am convinced that prayer works....
Peace on the journey, SG
